Having a good set of go-to apps in business can make our lives so much easier and save heaps of time.

Below we’re sharing our favorite apps that we use everyday to stay organized, create social media content, and easily communicate with our clients and customers!

01. PLANOLY

We use Planoly to plan our Instagram feed.  You can see how everything is laid out ahead of time which makes it so much easier. Sign up to a paid account to automatically share to Facebook aswell.

02. DROPBOX BUSINESS

Dropbox is the most popular platform to store and share files in the cloud.  Access photos, documents, videos and more from any device and easily share them with others, even if they don’t have a Dropbox account.

03. TRELLO

Trello is an easy to use project management app that tracks your teams workflow.  Itis highly visual so you can see all all tasks/content in the one screen.  On any board, you can create several lists a move cards between them as the status for that project changes.  You can attach files, create checklists and assign member to each card.

04. MAILCHIMP

Mailchimp is a simple solution to send out newsletters, create landing pages, signup forms and Facebook ads.  It is easy to navigate and they have a wide range of templates to choose from.

05. DOCUSIGN

Docusign provides a simple and secure way to electronical sign documents and collect signatures.  Eliminates the need to print documents out, sign them and scan them again.
